Job Chapter 1
Something you cherished is suddenly lost.
Work. Relationships. Health.
When the situation changes in an instant, people stop and think.
Why did it happen? Why me?
I begin searching for the answer.

The Book of Job features a man who loses everything.
In one day, Job lost all his possessions and his children.
A situation where nothing remains.
Then Job said:
"The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away."
The reason is not given. There is no explanation.
However, only this one thing remains.
When people lose something, they become drawn to what they lost.
I want to get it back. I want to be satisfied.
However, Job did not stay there.
The focus shifted from the situation to God.
Where do we stand amidst the events that have been taken away?
That's the question being asked.
Where will you be when everything falls apart?
Are you still immersed in what you've lost?
Or are you standing before God?
